Process Management Module automates the business relationship between
the Equipment (assets) Operator and
the Equipment (assets) Owner. It is
dedicated to the Equipment Operator staff to manage and control the business
relationship with
Equipment (assets) Owners. Starting from the instant that
Equipment Owners’ requests or requesting more of the operator services,
namely:Equipment Management, Equipment Smart Monitoring, Equipment Workshop Management, Equipment Assets Management,
and Mobile Work Force Management.
The Business
Process Management Module helps you as an Equipment Operator to manage the
process of your services to the
Equipment Owner in:
- Managing the Process Flow of a New Service Request requested by an
Equipment Owner
- Increasing or Decreasing the Subscription Volume of an Equipment Owner
(request to increase number of managed
equipment units in the subscription, or
the opposite (decrease request) Service Renewal or Service Termination
Management.
- Invoicing Process Management: From Invoice Initiation and Up to Invoice
Payment Confirmation, as a Process
- Communicating with the Equipment Owners and Providing
Official Product Announcements such as: New Version
Release, New Product
Features, and more.
